As reaction on the CAF award continues to pour in, former Golden Eaglets Coach Henry Nwosu says players should work hard if they want to be nominated in next CAF award.
The former Green Eagles players who could not figured out problems surrounding the players’ inability to be nominated in this year’s CAF award that will be announced on 20th December, says the only way out of the wood is for players to show more commitment in their game both within and outside the country.
“It is so unfortunate that none of our players were not nominated in the CAF award. From the nomination is shows that our players have not been doing well, which is not good us.
I would not know what the problem is, but what I can say is that our players should work harder; it is unfortunate that not even one of our players was chosen. It very unfortunate
“No doubt, we have players but there is no sign of seriousness and commitment, every year we have same problem. It is time for our players to work harder if they would want to be among the nominees for next CAF award,” Nwosu said.
