As reactions on cash for vote scandal involving FIFA and CAF Executive Committee member, Dr. Amos Adamu continues to pour in, former Super Eagles player Thompson Oliah has decided to wait on the final judgement in mid November.
Amos Adamu and Reynald Temarii have been ‘provisionally suspended’ by FIFA following a meeting of the world football governing body’s Ethics committee on Wednesday. Both men were caught in a Sunday Times expose allegedly attempting to sell their World Cup bid votes and four other members of FIFA – For Oliah, the case is a serious matter and until November the case will continue to hang until the final verdicts.
“FIFA is still investigating the matter and until after mid November. If he is guilty the law will take charge if his not guilt he will be left alone. But the case is as serious that anybody can not comment fully.
“His suspension by FIFA is for a purpose and that purpose will be materialize mid November. Let’s still keep our fingers cross while event unfold,” he said.
