The rescheduled election into various positions in the Executive Committee of the Nigeria Olympic Committee holds today in the Boardroom of the secretariat at the National Stadium, Lagos.

The polls, coming exactly a week after an earlier Elective General Meeting, which saw the emergence of Sani Ndanusa, as the new NOC President, were annulled by the International Olympic Committee.

Today’s event isexpected to bring to an end, the intense politicking which has not helped the image of Nigerian sports just as the acrimony in football painting Nigerian is bad light.
