AS Nigerians wait anxiously for the new arrivals in the board of the Nigeria Football Association, NFA, for a new improved soccer administration, the man who literally made  Elephant kick and win laurels has promised to make Eagles to fly, AGAIN.

Felix Anyansi-Agwu, the Chairman of Enyimba International of Aba has shot himself into history in Nigeria by becoming the only man to have broken the jinx of winning the African champions League

in 2003 and 2004. The Peoples Elephant as Enyimba is fondly called have won all trophies in making them the best club in the country. Currently, they won a double, the League and FA. Anyansi-Agwu, the man behind the ‘masquerade’ is among those contesting for a slot in the board of the NFA.
“My records speak for me.

I am not among those who brag or make promises of building castles in the air. Nigerian football is down and we need men and women with experience and proven track records to return Nigeria to where it belongs”, Anyansi-Agwu volunteered when asked about the elections.

A competent administrator who does not toy with the welfare of his players, Anyansi-Agwu said that the welfare of players, accountability, transparency have been the hallmarks of his magic.

“You cannot achieve results when you toy with the welfare of the actors. Once the players know the type of person you are, they will go the extra mile”.

In Africa, Anyansi-Agwu’s popularity has soared to high heavens. Visiting teams speak highly of him. The reason is that visiting teams receive the best of treatment while in Nigeria despite the outcome of matches in their favour.

The same goes for referees who look forward to handling matches involving Enyimba because of the impeccable administrative savvy of Anyansi-Agwu.

“You cannot because you want to win resort to treating teams badly. Even when they treat shabbily in their place, show them hospitality and it work in your favour. I believe that you need not spit into the well having taken water from it. Remember that you must surely thirst again. That applies to referees.

They are human. The important fact remains that we have everything to rule African football and the world. For the Private sector and corporate organisations to throw their financial might behind football, they need transparent and accountable people. I am for service. I am going to serve in the NFA. I have won everything with Enyimba.

This is the time to win with our national teams and to transform Nigerian football”, Anyansi-Agwu said on our hotline.
