By Enyim Enyim

ONITSHA— Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSUN, weekend threatened to resume the strike it suspended on 21 June 2010, in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu states 16 August should the governors fail to implement the consolidated judiciary salary structure, ONJUSS, before the deadline.

This was contained in a 5- paragraph communique endorsed by the General Secretary, I. M Adetola, National Legal Adviser, P. Nnamani, National Publicity Secretary, Mustapha Marwan, among others, after a meeting between the national executive committee of the union and the south east zonal caucus of JUSUN last Saturday in Enugu.

The forum described as inhuman the failure of affected state governors to implement the CONJUSS for their judiciary workers, insisting that the issue of CONJUSS was not negotiable.
