Guaranty Trust Bank Plc has once again, emerged the Most Customer Focused Bank in Nigeria in both the Retail and Corporate segments according to a recent nationwide survey conducted by international advisory firm, KPMG to assess and identify Nigerian banks with a customer driven focus.
KPMG, in its report, stated that GTBank emerged as industry leader in both categories with respondents listing excellent customer service and financial stability as the major considerations for maintaining banking relationships.
Since 1990 when the bank was established, with a value system hinged on professionalism, ethics, integrity, and superior customer service, GTBank has consistently maintained a culture of excellence and goes to great lengths to actualize the popular phrase; The Customer Is King.
