TomTom launches ‘Believe in the Super Eagles’ campaign

TomTom, the official candy of Nigeria’s national football teams, will begin a road show on Friday to drum up support for the Super Eagles ahead of the team’s participation in the South Africa 2010 World Cup.

The campaign, tagged ‘Believe in the Super Eagles’, has been designed to encourage Nigerians to get behind their senior national team and show them some love as the Eagles aim to erase the disappointment of recent outings.

The road show, which is being organised by HotSports, will kick off in Lagos, the country’s commercial capital, and run through one of the largest cities in Africa, Ibadan; the rapidly expanding Calabar; and the nation’s political and administrative capital, Abuja.

The road trip will be rounded off in soccer-mad Kano on May 19 after each city would have witnessed four exciting, action-packed shows at different locations spread over two days.
