By Michael Eboh
Strategic Resource  and Information Limited (S-RAIL) has announced plans to contribute towards the repositioning and transformation of Nigeria’s corporate culture, to help organisations in the country develop a continuous and sustainable process of performance and quality improvements.

Speaking at a forum in Lagos, Tuesday, Mrs. Adebola Bolarinwa lamented the increased rate of non professionalism and incompetence among corporate organisations despite the presence of established international consultancy outfits in the country.

She said that the company is partnering with foreign organisations that are expected to bring in their technical know-how to help drive Nigeria’s growth and development programmes.

She said, “Many of our organisations, including the conglomerates lack internal structure, seem not to work to any particular script (vision or strategy) and often weep at the abject incompetence of the workforce.

“There clearly is a disconnect between the professional services offered by these consultancies and the real need of many organisations. Many professional reports sit on company shelves gathering dust – only a small percentage actually translate to well-implemented and lasting interventions.”
She noted that Strategic RAIL will partner with a number of foreign organisations to ensure that there is a structure and balance in the internal network of Nigeria’s companies.

She said that the company will assist local organisations develop and implement robust strategies and also train staff of the companies to adopt objectivity increased focus towards achieving the goals of the various organisations.

According to her, S-RAIL approach is practical, evidence-based and embraceable, while its greatest reward is seeing real value added to the organisations.
She said, “We work with organisations to identify areas of performance strengths and weaknesses, implementing measures of intervention across the various organisational sub-systems as is required in a measured and sustainable manner.

“Our services are hinged on passion, experience and technical know-how. We partner with professional and other organisations to provide the very best that the global market has to offer. Our outlook is global and our focus and targets are based on a vision for the future, and a market, much greater than is currently visible or perceivable.
