Oceanic Insurance pays N71m hull claim

In keeping with its commitment to providing succour and prompt claims payment to its clients, Oceanic Insurance Group has paid claims totaling N71, 053,654 arising from accidental damage to MT ORE OFE Vessel belonging to Col Nigeria Limited.

The payment will ensure speedy repairs on the vessel and enable the insured resume full operations to fulfill its obligations to stakeholders.

The management of Oceanic Insurance Group which led a consortium of seven underwriters on the cover said the firm places high premium on best practices, superior service delivery, and prompt claims payment.
