Yoruba leader bombed in jos

The President-General of the Yoruba Community in Plateau State, Chief Toye Ogunsuyi on Thursday night escaped death with his family as his house was bombed by unknown persons.

The incident happened at about 8.30 pm. when the curfew period was already on, raising questions as to how the attackers moved into the place.

A neighbor said  Ogunsuyi was watching television with his wife when he suddenly heard a loud bang on his roof. He peeped outside through the toilet window and saw that his roof was already on fire.

The septuagenarian quickly ran outside with his family and within minutes the whole house was said to have become engulfed by fire raising suspicion of the use of explosives.
