ANA holds confab on JP Clark, want entries for 2010

The Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) says it is holding an ‘International Colloquium in Celebration of Fifty Years of the Writings of Professor J. P. Clark’.

In a statement made available to the media, the association’s national secretary, Mr Hyacinth Obunse, the group said 2010 marks 50 years Professor John Pepper Clark started writing and has put Nigeria and Africa into the world literary map.

ANA also wants entries for its 2010 annual literary competitions. Interested writers should send 6 copies of their entries, (specifying the category being entered for) alongside a covering letter to the General Secretary, Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), to: Suite 67, National Theatre Complex, Iganmu Lagos.
