Group gives free medical treatment to 200 at Kwale

UGHELLI—THE Neo Black Movement of Africa, Nigeria, weekend organized free medical treatment for over 200 persons at Kwale, Ndokwa West local government area of Delta State.

While some of the beneficiaries were treated for malaria, some had their blood sugar level and blood pressure checked and others were administered with de-worming drugs.

Fielding questions from newsmen at Utagba-Ogbe health centre, venue of the treatment, National President of the group, Mr. Iriogbe Isimeme, said the gesture was aimed at serving the society in line with the ideals of the Neo Black Movement of Africa.

According to Isimeme, the group is committed to the well being of the people.

He reiterated that the programme was put together by the national secretariat of the group to assist the people in the area of their health needs.

Isimeme added that the group was committed to the liberation of the black  race from any form of mental and physical torture.

The National Public Relations Officer of the group, Mr. Odinde Henry Onome, the Kwale zonal President, Mr. Tony Ndenemu, and one of the leaders of the group in the area, Mr. Kaine Enedudia, said the programme was also to compliment Delta State government’s free health programme.

They said the group was made up of people of like minds who have set out to address some societal ills, adding that the group was not a secret cult society but an organization that believed in social justice and equality for all.
