KANO – Deputy Majority Leader of the Jigawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed, has said that Governor Sule Lamidoâ€™s 26 months in office has rekindled the hope of ordinary citizens of the state on Jigawa project.
Mohammed told newsmen in Kano that Lamidoâ€™s style of leadership had wiped out the cry of marginalisation from contending stakeholders in the state.
According to him, â€œGovernor Lamidoâ€™s leadership style has made provision for contending forces in the state, his 26 months in office has wiped off geo-politics that had hitherto occupied a centre stage, and major impediment to our growth.â€
The Deputy Majority Leader of the 30-man House of Assembly explained that the last two years of Lamido administration in the state has witnessed revival of infrastructural facilities, pointing out that the state is now a massive construction site.
