Jigawa lawmaker lauds Lamido leadership style

KANO – Deputy Majority Leader of the Jigawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed, has said that Governor Sule Lamido’s 26 months in office has rekindled the hope of ordinary citizens of the state on Jigawa project.

Mohammed told newsmen in Kano that Lamido’s style of leadership had wiped out the cry of marginalisation from contending stakeholders in the state.

According to him, “Governor Lamido’s leadership style has made provision for contending forces in the state, his 26 months in office has wiped off geo-politics that had hitherto occupied a centre stage, and major impediment to our growth.”

The Deputy Majority Leader of the 30-man House of Assembly explained that the last two years of Lamido administration in the state has witnessed revival of infrastructural facilities, pointing out that the state is now a massive construction site.
