Shooting Stars    Sports Club of Ibadan   say  its planning to hit the Globacom Premier League in a big way come next season. The Oluyole Warriors secured a Premier League ticket after a tedious stay in the less fancied Professional Division One league.

Former Super Eagles midfielder and now General Manager the Ibadan based side Mutiu Adepoju told Inside The Glo Premier League that they are not taking preparation for the Premier League for granted.

“For years, 3SC battled to gain promotion after it was relegated.  Today, we are back to the elite league and we believe we will never let ourselves slip back to the lower division. We will soon begin recruitment of players to beef up our team. Right now I can not reveal the players on our wish list but I can tell you that we will be recruit some good players for the new season.

“Now, we are mapping out a strategy that will see us do well in the Premier League”, Adepoju said.
Like Shooting Stars, Lobi Stars which escaped relegation by the whiskers say they are happy surviving the drop. According to Dominic Iorfa, Lobi will soon begin to implement some of its new programme for next season. “After surviving relegation, we have vowed that next season will be better. That is why we have began early preparation. We intend to bring in some players to fortify the team”, Iorfa said.
