Osun govt blasts AC ....Says Party is confused |

THE Osun State Government has described the state chapter of the Action Congress as confused and lacking in fresh ideas.
A statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Lasisi Olagunju, decried latest attacks from the AC as lacking in truth and logic.
He stated that AC’s condemnation of laudable projects executed by the state government such as roads and the Airport clearly showed that the party was out of tune with the reality on ground in the state.
The statement also lashed out at the AC for alleging illegal deductions from Local Government funds.
“These people are obviously frustrated and disoriented by the futility of their various lies. There are no illegal deductions from local government funds in Osun State.
“If the AC lacks knowledge about how governments operate, they should learn. They should find out how primary school teachers’ salaries are paid and by whom.
“AC does not appreciate the fact that if the wicked levels allegations, it is not the wicked that will investigate and judge.
We remain focused and unmoved by the shenanigans of the AC and we are happy that well meaning people in the society have come to know the AC as a party of liars,”the statement said.
