The All Progressives Party, APC, Rivers state chapter has said that the Minister of Transport and leader of the party in the state, Rt. Honourable Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi has not and will not stop nor even contemplate on preventing any member of the party from seeking any political office in the state because he (Amaechi) is a true democrat who understands the rights of every party member.
