As part of its after sales support, Samsung Electronics has begun Dr. Samsung Free Service Campaign train in Lagos for its customers.
The free service campaign is a reaffirmation of Samsung’s commitment to providing its customers with the latest, top quality products backed by superior service and a widespread after sales service network.
With this, consumers of Samsung devices such as mobile phones, television, audio visuals, digital cameras, I.T products and home appliances are to benefit from the free services and upgrade by SmartCareengineers at special centers located in Palms, Lekki, and Ikeja City Mall, Lagos, beginning starting from tomorrow till Saturday.
It would be recalled that Dr. Samsung Free Service Campaign had started in Abuja and Port Harcourt earlier this month.
Products such as refrigerators, washing machines, room air conditioners and colour TVs over 22” screen size, according to Samsung will be service at the customers’ homes.
Customers with other products such as audio systems, DVDs, microwave ovens and 22” TVs are expected to bring them to special Samsung Smartcare centers for servicing or upgrade.
Speaking on the free service campaign, Mr. Brovo Kim, Managing Director, Samsung Electronics West Africa, said, “Dr. Samsung is a reaffirmation of our commitment to providing our customers with the latest, top quality products backed by superior service and a widespread after sales service network.
Samsung is committed to showing our customer appreciation by providing follow up servicing on all of our products.”
According to him, Dr. Samsung offers free service or upgrade of all products bought in Nigeria which are under warranty with 50 percent discount for spare parts on out of warranty items.
