Chelsea forward Victor Moses has taken his shut-out by Nigeria rather badly as he refused to warm-up with the rest of the squad before the World Cup clash against Argentina, an official has disclosed.
“Victor Moses has not taken his exclusion well. He refused to be part of the team’s warm-up for the Argentina match,” an official informed.
“This kind of behaviour is not good for team spirit.”Victor Moses was pulled out in the opening group game against Iran and he has since not been in action for the African champions. The player has claimed he was injured and so missed the game against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
But coach Stephen Keshi said he was not aware the player was injured, adding Moses has failed to back track and help the defence when he has played.
The Chelsea ace must have been hugely disappointed not to feature against Argentina after he had tweeted he hopes to be back in action against the South Americans.
