ICSAN holds public lecture on power sector

The 2014 Public Lecture of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is generating a lot of excitement as it would be focusing on a sector largely perceived as relevant to other sectors.

According to Dele Togunde, Registrar/CEO, ICSAN, the theme of the lecture is “Regulating the Power Sector: Opportunities, Prospects and Challenges”.

Togunde disclosed that the lecture is open to stakeholders in the power sector, chartered secretaries and administrators, accountants, legal practitioners, policy makers, members of the organised private sector as well as not for profit organizations, etc.

The annual lecture which holds on Thursday 27th March, at the Agip Recital Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan, will be chaired  by Engr. Monsur Ahmed, Group Executive Director, SMCC, Dangote Industries Limited, while Dr. Sam Amadi, Chairman/CEO, Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) is the Guest Speaker.
