FC Taraba head coach, Nduka Ndubuisi believes that his team’s strong preparations would pay off big time when they tackle Nasara United this weekend  at the Jolly Nyame Stadium in Jalingo.

“Of course, we’re in the Premier League to be counted. In fact, the mandate of the management is for us to maintain the status quo of the team in its first stint in the elite league.

“The mandate specifies first to 16th position on the log which I strongly believe is achievable. Once we’re able to meet the target we would’ve been a huge success then we take it up from there. I think the first test to our resolve to achieve the mandate will be on Saturday when we confront Nasarawa United in the opening day match of the 2013/14 Glo Premier League in Jalingo.

“We’ve worked round the clock to ensure we get off the ground very well, I think we’re ready for the league and against Nasarawa United on Saturday. Though team building is a continuous work, we have a decent side that will give us victory on Saturday.
