La Casera ‘Apple Story’ winner emerges

La Casera Company Plc has unveiled the winner of the popular ‘Share Your Apple Story, Be A Star’ campaign for its flagship Apple drink.

The winner, 26-year-old Dagu Shangevlumun Michael, a UniJos final-year student of Biochemistry, said he never anticipated his entry would clinch the top spot.

“I still find it hard to believe that my Apple Story will be shown to the whole world as the new La Casera advert. I have received first-class VIP treatment from La Casera and an opportunity that would motivate me to aim for the stars in whatever I do, which I deeply appreciate. I must say, with no iota of doubt on my mind, that I truly love the drink like the slogan says,” he said.

Mr. Dileeban Ponniah, Chief Operating Officer, La Casera Plc, noted that it was a pleasure deepening the existing bond with customers.

“At the La Casera Company, we hold our customers in high esteem and will stop at nothing to foster the relationship we have established with them. The idea behind the ‘Share Your Apple Story, Be A Star’ Campaign is simply to engage customers as well as reward their loyalty,” Dileeban explained.

He disclosed that before long, the company would release the winning Apple Story as the brand’s new TV commercial as well as an interesting radio jingle “which we hope will in no time be the talk of town.”

The La Casera ‘Apple Story’ campaign is a unique consumer engagement platform which sees lovers of the La Casera drink send in entries of their personal experiences that revolve around La Casera. This year, the most interesting entry becomes the next La Casera TV commercial and the winner is also rewarded with a cash prize, among other prizes.
