2015 : Lawmaker calls for calm

WARRI — A House of Representatives member, Daniel Reyenieju, has called on the electorate in the Warri federal constituency to remain calm as the 2015 general elections draw near.

Reyenieju who spoke when a political pressure group, Wafi Democratic League, WDL, paid him courtesy call in Warri, charged members of the group to be calm over the issue of future contestants who seek elective positions in the Warri federal constituency, and particularly the governorship of the state.

He said he could not point to anyone for now, “but as time goes on, the body language of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan will determine those that should be supported, particularly who should govern Delta State in post-May, 2015 era.”

Earlier in his speech, the leader of the group, Mr. Esimi Nanna thanked the lawmaker for his qualitative representation so far, urging him to seek for re-election in next year’s election into the National Assembly.
