As Oyo State Accord Party, AP, restrategises  ahead of 2015, thousands of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, supporters in Ona-Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State, have decamped to AP.

The new members were welcomed into AP by the party leader, Senator Adewolu Ladoja, in a ceremony at Olunloyo, Trailer Park Ground along Akanran Road, Ibadan, weekend.

The former ACN members were led to AP by Mr. Nurudeen Badmus, Alhaji Abokorere and Dr. Daudu, while those from PDP were led by Mr. Kunle Balogun, Ibrahim Jinadu, Ayangbenle and Chief Sekoni.

The member, representing Ona-Ara state constituency in the state House of Assembly, Olusegun Oye-wole, who championed the movement to AP, said it was propelled by the deceit being perpetuated by the ACN-led government in Oyo.
