BENIN CITY—THE Director, Military Base Hospital, Benin City, Brig.-Gen. P. A. Noah, has called for better cooperation from the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, and other corporate organizations in the provision of hospital facilities, saying that the military cannot go it alone.
Speaking during the inauguration of NDDC-sponsored solar-powered water borehole in the military base the Army Director thanked the commission for its gesture, just as he called for more patronage from outside of the military.
He said: “A hospital without water is a killing ground, so you have given us a healing ground. I want to thank you very much, and want to assure you that this is just the beginning of the relationship.”
