A ‘silver alert’ has been issued for Tanwa Serifat Sanni, a 36-year-old lady, who was said to have left home mysteriously on Friday October 12, 2012 in Ajegunle, Lagos State, and has since not returned. What can possibly explain the disappearance of the young lady remains a mystery as she was said to have left her residence at No 116 Ezeagwu Street, Ojo Road, by Alao Bus-stop, Ajegunle, around 5am without a hint of where she was going.
Family members said the police in the area have been contacted.
Serifat, a graduate of business administration, Lagos State University (LASU), was said to have left home with N500,000 (cash) which was given to her by her parents to start up a trade since she could not secure employment 11 years after graduating. She was said to have collected the money a few days before her mysterious disappearance from home.
A family member told Sunday Vanguard that the light in complexion lady, who is about 5ft tall, had never suffered from dementia
The family urged anyone with information about where Serifat can be found to contact Alhaji Sanni Isiaka on 08054018208, Agboola Ganiyat on 08032262731 or the nearest police station.
