KANO – Unknown gunmen have shot dead Danladi Isa Kademi, the All Nigeria Peoples Party, ANPP lawmaker representing Gaya Local Government Area in the Kano House of Assembly.
Security sources told Vanguard that the former ALGON Chairman was killed by a yet-to-be identified assailants along the eastern bypass in the metropolis.
Danladi Isa Kademi’s death is coming barely a month after another lawmaker was killed by unknown gunmen at his guest House at Ungwa-Uku area.
Security sources also told Vanguard that the late MP was in company of four others, at the time of the incident. Sources cannot however, ascertained whether the other persons were killed in the attack.
Vanguard learnt that the entire road has been cordoned off by the JTF.
Kano State Police spokesman ASP Magaji Musa Majia while confirming the death of the lawamker, promised to make details available to Vanguard.
