Awka— ALL Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, in Anambra State yesterday said former Special Adviser to the Governor on Parks and Markets, Chief Sylva Nwobu-Alor and two other members suspended from the party may be recalled, but they must first express and show remorse for the actions that led to their suspension.
The State Secretary of the party, Mr Okoli Akirika, gave the conditions in in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN.
It will be recalled that Nwobu-Alor and two others were suspended a month ago over their alleged involvement in the sacking of the party’s state executive committee.
The suspended members were also alleged to have engaged in anti-party activities capable of creating problems for the party.
Akirika maintained that their suspension and other wrangling among members did not mean that the party was in crisis.
