Abuja-The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has enlisted 25 accredited domestic observer groups for the Saturday’s governorship election in Kogi State.
In a statement in Abuja, Monday, Alhaji Mustapha Kuta, Acting Secretary of the commission, urged the groups to obtain and complete form EMOC 002 for the exercise.
It explained that all the groups were allowed a maximum of 25 persons to be deployed to monitor the exercise.
The groups include the Nigerian Bar Association, Catholic Society of Nigeria, Federation of Muslim Women Association in Nigeria and Association for Unity and Progress.
Others include Transparency Centre Network, Rights Monitoring Group and Democratic Watch Dog.
