OWERRI – More reactions have continued to trail the bombing of the United Nations, UN, Office in Abuja, which claimed no fewer than 18 lives.
In a telephone interview on behalf of Imo State Government, Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Dr. Obinna Duruji, said: “The state government sees the act as senseless, dastardly, barbaric, inhuman and totally condemnable”.
The state government wondered why anybody or group of persons would willingly snuff life out of his fellow citizens, stressing that “there is the likelihood that not all the casualties in this ugly incident are Nigerians.”
It was the opinion of government that “the security agencies should get down to serious business and fish out the perpetrators of the damnable act.”
