Calabar – Cross River State Government has signed a $1.2 million Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with a Canadian firm, Canadian Pacific Consultant Services, CPCS Transcorp, for the development of a transportation master plan in the state.
Speaking shortly after the ceremony in Calabar, Governor Liyel Imoke, said the new master plan was critical to the realisation of his administration’s transformation agenda, adding that it will help in repositioning the state as a model in the country and attract tremendous economic opportunities.
