*Vows to deal with disgruntled elements
Bauchi – Bauchi State Government has given relief materials to victims of the post-presidential election violence in Giade Local Government Area of the state.
Presenting the materials Governor Isa Yuguda, said the gesture was to cushion the hardship victims had been going through since the unfortunate incident.
Represented represented by his deputy, Alhaji Sagir Saleh, the governor reiterated his administration determination to provide security for the lives and property of residents of the state.
He warned that his government would not fold its arms and watch some few disgruntled elements sabotage his efforts to ensure lasting peace in the state.
The governor vowed perpetratos of the violence would not go unpunished.
Yaguda expressed the readiness of his administration to compensate those affected by the violence in the state.
Earlier, Chairman of Giade Local Government, Alhaji Musa Mai Nari, thanked the governor for the intervention.
He promised that there would transparent distribution of the materials.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Rev. Emenike Edike, while thanking the governor for the assistance.
