Afribank had since January 2011 deployed the world’s latest information banking application, Globus T24, which has enhanced the bank’s capability, flexibility and adaptability to offer improved and variety of services.
The Bank’s rating in revenue collection for state governments has improved across performance-based criteria. Alpha-Beta Consulting in Lagos attested to Afribank’s soaring performance in the collections of revenue for Lagos State Government in March.
It was adjudged to have excelled in the areas of volume of collections, compliance, reconciliation, competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency among others. The bank ranked third among the financial institutions collecting revenue for Lagos State.
Afribank’s strength in revenue collections is facilitated by creation of desk in all its business locations, adoption of simplified procedure and prompt accountability in addition to its ethical conduct and good management of the accounts.
In order to boost their revenue, many public and private institutions have continued to sign on Afribank.
