GUBERNATORIAL candidate of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, in Delta State, Chief Ovie Omo-Agege, has warned against all forms of electoral malpractice in the forthcoming elections, saying that those who plan to perpetrate such acts would meet their waterloo.
