Court threatens sanction over suit challenging Dosunmu’s candidacy

Justice Binta Nyako of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has threatened to dock parties in the suit filed by Prince Oluowo Adeyeri, a People Democratic Party, PDP, member who is challenging the declaration of Dr. Ade Dosunmu as Lagos State PDP governorship candidate, if they (parties) do anything to jeopardise the substantive suit.
Counsel to the plaintiff, had, yesterday, complained at the resumed hearing in the matter, that Dosunmu had on Saturday February 19, flagged off his governorship campaign in disregard to the court’s directive on February 17, that parties should not do anything that would affect the suit.
