The Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Hafiz Ringim, has approved the posting of a new Commissioner of Police to Lagos State. He is Mr. Alkali Isah who was until his recent posting, the Commissioner of Police in charge of Delta State.
Mr. Isah replaces Mr. Marvel Akpoyibo who will be proceeding on course to the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, NIPSS, Kuru, Jos, Plateau State.
In the same vein, the Inspector-General of Police also approved the posting of a new Commissioner to Delta and Sokoto States. They are Mr. Chafe and Adeolu Adeniyi. They were both posted from NIPSS while former Commissioner of Police in Sokoto State, Manko Umar was posted to NIPSS. The new Police Commissioners were directed to resume duties immediately.
