Nestle, Honeywell, 11 others release score cards to NSE

Nestle Nigeria Plc, Honeywell Flour Mills Plc and eight other companies have released their score cards to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in compliance with the post listing requirement of the Exchange.

Nestle unaudited result for the third quarter ended 30th September 2010 shows a turnover of N59, 037.7 million, as against N49, 899.11 million in the comparable period of 2009. Profit after tax stood at N9, 106.36 million compared with N7, 222.26 million in 2009.

The Net Asset Value stood at N12, 567.86 million compared with N10, 543.94 million in December 2009. The Board of Directors is recommending a dividend of N1.95 per share. The date of closure of register of members has been scheduled for  December 29, 2010 while payment date is January 10, 2011.

FTN Cocoa Processors Plc:  Unaudited result for the third quarter ended 30th September 2010 shows a turnover of N680.69 million, as against N901.04 million in the comparable period of 2009. Profit before tax stood at N12.41 million compared with profit after tax of N205.7 million in 2009.

The Net Asset Value stood at N2, 324.73 million compared with N2, 369.27 million in December 2009. Nigeria Enamelware Plc: Audited result for the year ended 30th April 2010 shows a turnover of N2, 356.9 million, as against N2, 412.9 million in the comparable period of 2009. Profit after tax stood at N74.9 million compared with profit after tax of N63.5 million in 2009. The Net Asset Value stood at N234.45 million compared with N174.05 million in 2009.

Nampak Nigeria Plc: Audited result for the year ended 30th September 2010 shows a turnover of N4, 548.1 million, as against N4, 126.08 million in the comparable period of 2009. Profit after tax stood at N214.61 million compared with profit after tax of N42.53 million in 2009. The Net Asset Value stood at N639.03 million compared with N424.42 million in 2009.

Julius Berger Nigeria Plc : The company forecasts turnover of N38, 828 million and profit after tax of N931.87 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.

University Press Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N2, 005.35 million and profit after tax of N297.72 million during the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2011.

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc: The company forecasts Turnover of N6, 936.52 million and profit after tax of N427.03 million during the half year ending March 31, 2011.

Honeywell Flour Mills Plc: The company forecasts Turnover of N36, 215.02 million and profit after tax of N1, 588.25 million during the year ending March 31, 2011.

Associated Bus company Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N1, 402.44 million and profit after tax of N72.35 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.

Morison Industries Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N120 million and profit after tax of N5.576 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.

Beta Glass Company Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N1, 883 million and profit after tax of N133.7 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.

AG Leventis (Nig) Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N3, 500 million and profit after tax of N88.4 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.

Afromedia Nigeria Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N1, 028.92 million and profit after tax of N71.65 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.

Vono Products Plc: The company forecasts turnover of N392.8 million and profit after tax of N34.3 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.
