Check Point appoints Blitt to drive security business in Africa
Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, has announced the appointment of Dubi Blitt as sales manager for Africa.
In his position, Blitt oversees the business activity, performance, channel development and customer relations for Check Point in the African region.
Blitt will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and implementation of Check Point in Nigeria, ensuring the most effective partnerships are in place, to best serve local customers and maximize revenue growth
Blitt brings over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of sales and channel management. Prior to his current role, Blitt was the channel manager for Africa and Middle East at NetApp where he was responsible for establishing the company’s local operations, driving the market penetration and positioning as a leading player in the region.
Today Blitt manages Check Point’s sales activities in the entire African territory, with the exception of South Africa.
