As the global economic crunch bites harder on the world economy, small scale enterprises seem the worst hit.
This perhaps may have informed the decision of Zain last week to introduce a special SME package to boost small and medium scale businesses in Nigeria.
The new offer called “ZAIN MY Business”comes with a broad range of choices designed to fit the needs and give extra benefits to Zain SME customers.
Among the benefits derivable from the offer includes: free calls among staff of the company; managing their own account at their convenience; enjoy complementary SMS exclusive internet offers; and discount calls to top five international SME calling designations.
Speaking at the formal launch of the SME offer in Lagos, Chief Operating Officer, Zain Nigeria, Deepak Srivasta said “We consider this an important milestone because we are entering anew phase of our journey to empower and help the average Nigerian entrepreneur and business owner to enjoy a wonderful world.”
He said the new SME offer is an effort to continuously help business owners irrespective of their location within Nigeria, take full control of the cost of phone calls by their company while also giving them the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of value added services, adding the product is another step in their effort to offer Zain customers a pleasant mobile telecommunications experience.
