Panabiz develops accessories for oil, gas industry

Panabiz International Limited, Panabiz, makers of Panasonic electronics and home appliances said it has developed specialised accessories for use in the oil and gas industry.

These accessories include office automation and telecommunication requirement that would serve all the needs of the industry.

Speaking at the just concluded OTL Africa conference in Lagos, Panaiz spokesperson, Ms Hubrit Singh, said most of these products are already being used by a number of operators in the industry.

She cited some of the customers include ExxonMobil, Agip, Shell, Chevron, Julius Berger, Schlumberger, Intels group, Indorama (EPCL), Delta Afrik Engg and a host of others.

According to Singh some of the popular products are Panasonic digital photocopiers (Colour /Black & White), printers, Telephones/fax machines, Hybrid IP PABX systems, projectors and Panaboard or interactive electronic boards.

She said Panabiz constantly introduces new products to meet changing environment, adding, “As part of our continuous endeavor to offer the latest generation product solutions, we plan to introduce the following:

•Telecom solutions _ Call management solutions, Hotel management solutions, Call centre solutions, IVR solutions.
•Security Surveillance solutions _ Panasonic range of Network cameras & iPro CCTV cameras.

•Digital Signage solutions – Panasonic Plasma display panels
With regard to these, she said the company in compliance with local content development, usually sends out its Nigerian staff for training and upgrading foe every new product it develops.

This, she said, is because, “All our products are backed by a team of highly professional and trained engineers to provide effective after sales service and support with adequate supply of spare parts, consumables.”
