The Nigeria-Singapore Business Investment Forum is expected to hold bilateral talks on Tuesday in Singapore on the prospects of land and sea transportation.
The talks would also over other sectors of the Nigerian economy. The Minister of Transport, Alhaji Yusuf Suleiman, and the Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Malam Abdulsalam Mohammed, are expected to lead discussions at the meeting. The business forum, it was gathered, would focus on Nigeria”s Vision 20:2020 and the emerging opportunities for business and investments in the Nigerian market.
The forum will also discuss opportunities for the private sector and business groups from Singapore, through public-private partnership for housing and infrastructure development in Nigeria.
Experts will also speak on navigating the pathway for small and medium-scale enterprises development in Nigeria. Managing risks when venturing into Nigeria and positioning the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) as a global city and diversified hub are some of the areas that will also be covered during the discussion.
