Founded in Lagos in 2002 by renowned sportscaster, Larry Izamoje, the station spawned a thriving arm in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in 2006 and has gone on to endear itself to sports fans in Nigeria through its comprehensive and objective sports coverage in the local and international spheres.
Distinguished by its niche, the station has become an important opinion leader among sports stakeholders in Nigeria, with thousands calling and sending sms daily to participate and air their opinions on all available interactive sports programmes.
And in response to the yearnings of millions desiring to be part of the unique sports reporting experience the station is known for, especially those outside the organization’s broadcasting epicenters in Abuja and Lagos, Brila FM is a button away on HiTV radio channel 1.

Brila FM recently struck a deal with London based Skysports News Radio to serve its teeming listeners the latest news and updates from the English Premier League, widely regarded as the most competitive and glamorous football league in the world.
