The Chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the three wards in Abraka, Ethiope East Local Government Area, have unanimously endorsed Chief Anthony Onoharigho, the President General of Umiagwa Abraka to represent Delta Central in the Senate.
Chief Festus Eruotor, Ward-3 Chairman, who spoke on behalf of the other two chairmen, expressed happiness and declared that in as much as Chief Onoharigho, was the first son of Abraka to declare his intention for the senatorial position, they had no choice other than to give him their blessing and 100 per cent support, stressing that Chief Onoharigho is well qualified for the position.
He, however, advised him not to step down from the race because of monetary inducement. Mr. Ijora Progress and Chief David Orhe, ward 1 and 2 chairmen equally spoke in the same vein.
On his part, Mr. Presby, a member of Onoharigho Campaign Team explained why Chief Onoharigho was in the race, adding that when the aspirant came back and settled down in Abraka, he discovered the deplorable state of infrastructure in Abraka and Urhobo lands.
