The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), yesterday, launched its 2010 Lagos International Trade Fair (LITF) prospectus.
According to the Public Relations Manager of LCCI, Mr Tope Oluwaleye, the theme of this year’s edition is “Promoting Business Confidence to Enhance Economic Recovery†adding that the theme was chosen to underscore the significance of regaining confidence in business activities for economic advancement.
“The trade fair prospectus is the event’s information package. Its public presentation is in line with the chamber’s tradition of creating public awareness for the annual Lagos International Trade Fair for enhanced participation, among other reasons.
The launch of the prospectus by the chamber customarily signifies the commencement of preparations for the yearly event, which has always been a veritable avenue for both local and foreign investors and businessmen to network and consolidate trade and investment contacts/partnerships.
The prospectus contains all relevant information on participation in the fair, the terms and conditions of participation as well as all technical details relating to space allocation and management at the trade fair site†said PRM, Oluwaleye.
The prospectus was publicly presented before a distinguished gathering of the chamber’s valued exhibitors and the corporate world in all sectors of the economy as well as representatives of the Economic/Commercial Sections of Embassies and High Commissions.
