WARRI—Delta State Government has dissolved the Governing Council of the College of Education, Warri.

Announcing government’s decision after the meeting of the State Executive Council meeting, the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Oma Djebah, said the Governing Council of the College of Education, Warri, was dissolved as a result of internal wrangling.

Mr. Djebah, who said a new council is to be named subsequently also announced that the interview exercise for the post of Provost of the institution was annulled due to infractions in the process.
