Sprite Triple Slam activation targets youth market , CCNL

Management of Coca cola Nigeria Limited (CCNL) has said that the  Sprite Triple Slam (STS) activation in campuses across the country is targeted at youths.

The on-going activation, referred to as STS combines three fun elements of basketball, music anddance. Students from the University of Benin, University of Calabar, Ahmadu Bello University and Imo State University where the Sprite Triple Slam train have already visited said that the STS experience was a refreshing way of reliving their selves of academic stress.

According to Mrs. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, Strategic Marketing Manager, Flavors, Coca Cola Nigeria, said,  “The STS activation is targeted at connecting the brand with youths on campuses across Nigeria and is designed to bring out fresh thinking and the best expression of freedom, spark up creativity and expose the ingenuity in this youth group.

She also informed that “The Triple Slam train has moved across Benin, Owerri, Calabar, Kaduna and Ado Ekiti regions, engaging Nigerian campus youths in the three elements of basketball, music and dance, and over a hundred campus youth teams, comprising 3 basketballers, 2 dancers and 1 musical act each had participated in the activations across these five regions thus far, producing five team winners.”

Other schools that have also been part of the refreshing experience of the Sprite Triple Slam include, Ambrose Allli University, Ekpoma, Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Igbinedion University, Okada, Federal University of Technology Owerri and Federal Polytechnic, Owerri. Others are Kaduna Polytechnic, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Federal University of Technology, Akure among others.
