Consolidated Breweries Plc has re-branded two brands in its stable, “33†Export Lager Beer and Hi-Malt non-alcoholic malt drink, both of which now adorn a new and vibrant look. With the same taste and price tag, the brands now offer greater appeal to the eye, striving for unalloyed affection of consumers nationwide.
Formally unveiling the new look “33†Export and Hi-Malt to the key Distributors at the Company’s Annual Customers’ Award Night in Enugu, Enugu State recently, the General Manager-Commercial, Mr. Ed Weggemans, reviewed the Company’s performance in 2009 and presented the business objectives for 2010. He stated that the re-branding was informed by the need to continuously rejuvenate the brands and keep them modern and sympathetic to the consumers’ needs.
Customers were also rewarded for the Highest Volume Sold for each brand in the portfolio. The Managing Director’s prize for outstanding growth in 2009 was a 3.5-ton, 400 crates capacity fully branded delivery truck which was won by Mr. Michael Mgbike, MD – Uncle Mike Enterprises from Onitsha, Anambra State.
