The Coach of the famous Lyn Oslo Academy, (Lyn/NTG Accademy) Viggo Stromme was expected to arrive Nigeria yesterday at the instance of Chief Francis Yahweh, the proprietor of FC Internationale of Enugu.
While in Nigeria, Mr Stromme will be in Enugu to train players of FC Inter, a model amateur Club with partial affiliation to FC Inter Milan of Italy.
Chief Yaweh told Journalists in Enugu that Mr Stromme will also hold a one day course for coaches of FC Inter led by former Enugu Rangers player, Fred Okpala.
The visit of Mr Stromme, according to Chief Yahweh, is to prepare ground for the visit to Norway of FC Inter in July this year.
The Lyn/NTG Accademy has seen many Nigerian players passing through it under the tutelage of Viggo Stromme, including John Mikel Obi, Chinedu Obasi Ogbuke, Bala Ezekiel and Odion Jude Ighalo.
All these players have since moved on to becoming top players in clubs outside Norway.
The 43 year old Stromme has worked in other clubs in Norway including FK Donn, IK Start, Valerenga and Frigg OFK. He is expected to spend one week in the country.
FC Inter is already in the Semi final of the Enugu State FA cup and Yaweh is optimistic of winning the trophy.
