Man named Miracle wins Glo Kia Rio

It was a spectacular showing inside the premises of EPIC Atlantic Limited,  Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt last week, when a man named Miracle, who had miraculously emerged winner in the ongoing Glo BID2WIN promo appeared to receive his prize, a brand new Kia Rio.

The winner, Mr Miracle Adewolu, an IT Specialist working with EPIC Atlantic Limited, won the car with less than N5.00 bid, which he said was his very third attempt in the ongoing promo.

He disclosed that the inspiration to participate in the promo came from his wife, Mrs Wunmi Adewolu, who constantly urged him to join the bidding game as luck could smile on the family through the promo.

Like his name, Miracle entered the first bid and, got a message that encouraged him to go on and his third attempt got the family a brand new car worth over N2 million.

The event was witnessed by scores of his colleagues who seemed to have waited eagerly for the arrival of the car.  Receiving the keys and documents to the car from Glo Ambassador and Nollywood star, Monalisa Chinda, Miracle admitted that the opportunity of owning a brand new car from the Glo promo, was actually a miracle, adding that he was going to remain a loyal subscriber to the Glo network.

Speaking earlier at the ceremony, Globacom’ Business Director, South, Mr Kunle Akanmu, said the event demonstrated Globacom’s commitment to delivering on its promises, adding that nothing could demonstrate this value more than the delivery of the car at the locations of the winners.

The promo was designed in a way that Glo subscribers with the lowest unique bids for various categories of prizes will emerge winners everyday. Every 18 days, the prizes will be changed to make the promotion more exciting.

18 brand new Kia Rio cars were the prizes on offer in the first segment of the game. For the second segment which started on  March 3rd, 18 brand new Toyota Yaris cars are to be won by subscribers while the network keeps prizes to the other three categories in the coolers for now, apparently to heighten the excitement of the promo.

Meanwhile there are also bonus prizes of airtime, distributed to thousands of other subscribers on the network who did not win at the top level.
