AfricaRetail introduces live chat, home delivery scheme

THE online shopping portal for retailers across Africa, AfricaRetail Limited has introduced live chat and nationwide home delivery as it sets up bespoke collection centres which was initially in two metropolitan cities; Lagos, Nigeria and Accra, Ghana.

Mr Oludotun Fasanya, Director of AfricaRetail (U.K) Limited, who hinted at the “Shoppers Brunch for football Lovers” of the company said the company has empowered retailers to have unrestricted access to the untapped and expansive consumer base across Africa, while consumers in Africa are also been empowered to shop online without restriction.

Oludotun noted that AfricaRetail Limited created fully functional and secure e-commerce platform to provide a two-way access between the largest global online retailers and customers across the African continent.
“We have forged firm business relationships with over 300 European retailers to bring hundreds of thousands of products to your fingertips.

Continuing, he said, “We have also in the ongoing process of establishing key relationships with a secure network of leading financial institutions, payment gateway providers, IT security organizations, legal, consulting, marketing and accounting firms across Europe and Africa.” Fasanya added.
