Zain opens new shop in Lagos

In keeping to its rebranding programme, Zain Nigeria, one of the leading telecommunication companies in Nigeria, on Saturday commissioned a new shop in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Khaled Hhorshid, Chief Operating officer, Zain Nigeria at the occasion said the event was another milestone in the relationship between Zain Nigeria and its customers, saying that the commissioning of the new shop was a further testimony to their unwavering drive to make the Zain customers the focus of their business.

“We decided to give our consumers contact points of face-lift because of our desire to give our them an exciting customer service experience. In doing this, we have taken into consideration the needs of these wonderful and key stakeholders in our business.

“With our new state-of-the-arts shops, we are poised to serve our customers even better in a more relaxing and appealing environment.”

Apart from wearing a new look, he said all the Zain shops across the country now have a new interactive retail design, befitting environment for the customers and points where  mobile voice and data services and other arrays of exciting products can be experienced in relaxing environment with latest technologies which allows visitors to touch and use Zain products and services.

He then urged all Zain subscribers in the country to take full advantage and  opportunities the new shops offer to enjoy the services.

Performing the unveiling ceremony, the senior special assistant to the Lagos state governor on Corporate matters, Mr. Babatunde Williams commended the upgrading initiative by Zain and  urged Zain to use the initiative to create the desired services for its teaming customers in Nigeria and also to use the initiative to complement the efforts of the state government at create job opportunities for the unemployed  youths in the country    .

He promised to partner with Zain in all areas necessary to ensure that better services are provided to the Nigerian people.
